If you’ve already placed an order and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We’ll respond as quickly as we can to help you out!
my order never got to me، what do I do?
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently from us to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
If it’s been marked delivered and it’s only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out on SMS texts for the next few hours!
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. This has never happened (touch wood).
However on the rare occasion it does, we recommend contacting your local Royal Mail/USPS/FedEx depot with your delivery details.
If there is no conclusion, and you need us to step in, please let us know at love your pets manahabitatpet@gmail.com and we will hunt your parcel down for you.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive their order number via email/text after purchase.
